Taco soup

Ingredients: 1 pound hamburger 1/3 onion chopped 1 can Rotel 1 15 oz can tomato sauce 1 can diced tomatoes 1 can corn (drained) 1 can lcidney beans (drained) 1 package taco seasoning Directions: 1) Brown the hamburger and onions and then drain 2) Add the rest of the ingredients and then simmer for 20 minutes That's it! Super easy and super good!

Sweet and sour chicken

Sweet and Sour Chicken Chicken Breading: 3-5 chicken breast salt and pepper 1 cup cornstarch 2 eggs, beaten 1/3 cup canola oil Rinse chicken, trim off fat or extras and then cut into 1 inch cubes. Season it with salt and pepper. Dip chicken into cornstarch and coat all the way and then into eggs. Heat oil in large skillet and cook chicken until browned. Place in baking dish. 3 chicken breasts can be in a 9x9 but 5 chicken breasts fits better in a 9x13. Sauce: 3/4 cups white sugar 4 Tablespoons ketchup 1/2 cup white distilled vinegar 1 Tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon garlic salt Whisk until smooth. Then pour evenly over chicken. Turn chicken so the sauce gets on both sides and then put in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn chicken and then cook for 15 more minutes.

Banana bread

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

In a bowl combine salt, flour, baking powder, and soda. IN another bowl combine sugar, oil and eggs. Beat vigorously until frothy. Add bananas and blend thoroughly, fold into flour mixture until blended. Pour into a greased bread pan. Bake at 325 degrees for I hour until crust is brown. Use a toothpick to test for doneness. Remove pan to a rack. Let stand 10 minutes. Invert pan. Cut into 1-inch slices. Yield: 1 loaf

Cheesecake

Cheesecake (awesome) Ingredients: 2 8oz. packages of cream cheese 1 V* cups sugar 3 eggs 1-2 tsp vanilla 1 cup sour cream 2 graham crusts Directions: Cream room temperature cream cheese and sugar with beater. Add eggs one at a time. Gently stir in sour cream and vanilla well. Pour into graham crusts and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until center is almost set. (still jiggly) Refrigerate for 8 hours. Serve with desired toppings. Cherrie pie filling is really good

Excellent raspberry dessert

Excellent Raspberry Dessert
3 eggs
¾ c butter
3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Crushed vanilla wafers
1 pint hwwhipping cream
¾ boxes frozen raspberries with sugar
2 tbsp corn starch
½ c water


Line 9x13 pan with wafer crumbs.  Cream together butter and sugar.  Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Place on top of wafer crumbs. Thaw frozen raspberries. Take juice from raspberries and put in pan on stove and add water and corn starch. Cook over med heat until thick. Cool and add raspberries. Spread sauce on top of butter mixture. Whip cream adding desired sugar and vanilla. Spread over top of berries. Sprinkle top with wafer crumbs. Chill thoroughly and serve.

Cheese sauce

Cheese Sauce
2 tbps butter
2 tbsp flour
1 c. milk
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
½ c. grated cheddar cheese

Measure milk into a glass 2 c measuring cup and add butter. Heat in microwave until butter is melted. Add salt, pepper and flour. Mix. Add cheese and stir. Heat in microwave again until cheese is melted. Great on veggies!

Danielle cream sauce

Danielle’s Cream Sauce

4 Tbsp butter
1 half pnt heavy whipping cream (1cup)
1 tsp chicken base
Pinch of pepper
1 Tbsp corn starch
3-4 Tbsp milk

 Melt butter in sauce pan over med heat. Add whipping cream, pepper and chicken base and stir until chicken base is mixed in. While heating, whisk milk and corn starch together in small separate bowl until combined. Add to cream mixture. Heat to a soft boil stirring frequently until sauce thickens slightly. Sauce will thicken more upon cooling. Serve over chicken dish, with rice, or whatever else you think it sounds good on!
