Excellent Raspberry Dessert
3 eggs
¾ c butter
3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Crushed vanilla wafers
1 pint hwwhipping cream
¾ boxes frozen raspberries with sugar
2 tbsp corn starch
½ c water
Line 9x13 pan with wafer crumbs. Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Place on
top of wafer crumbs. Thaw frozen raspberries. Take juice from raspberries and
put in pan on stove and add water and corn starch. Cook over med heat until
thick. Cool and add raspberries. Spread sauce on top of butter mixture. Whip cream
adding desired sugar and vanilla. Spread over top of berries. Sprinkle top with
wafer crumbs. Chill thoroughly and serve.
