2 tbps butter
2 tbsp flour
1 c. milk
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
½ c. grated cheddar cheese
Measure milk into a glass 2 c measuring cup and add butter.
Heat in microwave until butter is melted. Add salt, pepper and flour. Mix. Add
cheese and stir. Heat in microwave again until cheese is melted. Great on veggies!
